Dispatchers tracked 900 vehicles across three spreadsheets and a whiteboard. Routes were planned by memory and fuel costs kept climbing.
Our approach
We streamed vehicle telemetry into a managed AWS pipeline, built a dispatcher console around the decisions dispatchers actually make, and added route optimization in phases.
